The CEO and the accounts executive need different things from AI. We do not run one deck for everyone. Each session is scoped to the people in the room and the work they do.
Leadership and C-suite briefing
Two to three hours. What AI can and cannot do for your business today, where the real risks are, what to invest in and what to ignore. No hype, no jargon.
Team workshops
Half or full day. Each person brings a real task. By the end they have working prompts, a personal workflow and a clear sense of when to check the output.
Department programmes
Sales, marketing, finance, operations or HR. Sessions built around that department's tools and documents, with follow-up over four to six weeks.
Prompt and workflow clinics
Short recurring sessions where staff bring problems and leave with solutions. Good for keeping momentum after a first workshop.
Automation for non-developers
Teach your operations people to build their own simple automations with no-code tools, so small fixes stop waiting for IT.
Train the trainer
Build an internal AI champion in each department who can run clinics and keep the practice alive after we leave.
Format
In person in Kuala Lumpur, or remote across Malaysia
We deliver at your office, at a venue you choose or fully online. Group sizes from 5 to 30. Sessions run in English, with Bahasa Malaysia support available. Every attendee gets a written guide with their own prompts and workflows, not a generic handout.
We use the tools your company has already approved. If you are on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we work inside those. If you have no AI tools yet, we help you choose before the session.

Built around your work before we arrive
Step 1
Discovery call
We learn who is attending, what tools they use and which tasks take too long. Thirty minutes, no preparation needed.
Step 2
Tailor
We build the session around three to five of your real tasks and the tools you already have.
Step 3
Deliver
Hands-on from the first hour. People work on their own tasks and leave with results they can use.
Step 4
Follow up
A check-in two weeks later. What stuck, what did not and what the next session should cover.

Do attendees need technical skills?
No. Sessions are for the people who do the work: sales, operations, finance, marketing, management. Developer sessions are available separately if you want them.
Which AI tools do you teach?
The ones your company has approved. If you are on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace we work inside those. If you have no tools yet, we help you choose before the workshop.
Is the training HRD Corp claimable?
Ask us when you enquire and we will confirm what is possible for your company.
Can you run it in Bahasa Malaysia?
Sessions are delivered in English with Bahasa Malaysia support for explanations and materials. Fully BM delivery can be arranged for larger groups.
What do we get after the session?
Each attendee gets a written guide with their own prompts and workflows, and the company gets a short report on where AI can save the most time next.
