Southeast Asia
Automation and AI Development for Singapore and Southeast Asia
A Kuala Lumpur team building automation, chatbots and AI agents for companies across the region. Same working hours as Singapore, Jakarta and Bangkok, regional context built in and Malaysian pricing.
A regional deployment pattern we use for companies operating across ASEAN.
What We Deliver Regionally
The same work, built for more than one market
Companies that operate across Southeast Asia deal with several currencies, tax systems, languages and messaging habits at once. We build automation and AI that handles that from the first version, rather than bolting it on later.
Workflow automation
Order, invoice, approval and reporting workflows that handle multiple currencies, tax regimes and entities without separate systems per country.
Multilingual chatbots
WhatsApp, Telegram and web chatbots that reply in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese, Thai or Vietnamese as the customer writes.
AI agents
Research, lead qualification and document agents deployed in the region, on infrastructure you control, with data residency where you need it.
Voice agents
Phone assistants for Singapore and Malaysian numbers, with regional accents and languages tuned before launch.
Internal tools and portals
Dashboards and portals on Airtable, Softr or custom stacks that give regional managers one view across countries.
Team training
Remote AI workshops for distributed teams, timed for the region and built around the tools your teams already use.
Why Kuala Lumpur
Regional context, regional hours, without regional pricing
Kuala Lumpur sits in the same time zone as Singapore and one hour from Jakarta and Bangkok. Our team speaks English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese natively and builds for companies operating across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. You get people who understand SST versus GST, DuitNow versus PayNow and why WhatsApp matters more than email here.
Malaysian cost structures mean the same senior work that costs a Singapore day rate elsewhere costs a fraction of it from KL. Delivery is mostly remote, with on-site sessions in Singapore or KL when they help.

How It Works
How a regional engagement runs
Step 1
Scope by market
We map the workflow or bot across each country it touches: currency, tax, language, channel and who owns it locally.
Step 2
Build once
One system with per-country rules, not one system per country. Hosted where your compliance team wants it.
Step 3
Pilot in one market
Usually Malaysia or Singapore. Real users, real data, adjustments made before wider rollout.
Step 4
Roll out and support
Extend to the remaining markets with local rules switched on. Support in your working hours, not ours.

Before you get in touch
Do you work with Singapore companies?
Yes. Singapore is our closest market after Malaysia. Same time zone, on-site sessions available and experience with GST invoicing, PayNow and Singapore data hosting.
Can our data stay in Singapore or within ASEAN?
Yes. We host on servers in Singapore or Malaysia, or inside your own cloud account in the region. Nothing has to route through servers outside ASEAN.
Which languages can your chatbots and agents handle?
English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese are core. Thai and Vietnamese are supported through the AI models we use and tested before launch.
How do you handle different tax rules across countries?
Tax rules are configured per country inside the same workflow. Malaysian SST, Singapore GST and Indonesian PPN are handled in one system, with per-entity invoice formats.
How do you charge for regional work?
Fixed-price projects scoped per workflow or bot, quoted in MYR, SGD or USD as you prefer. Ongoing support is optional and priced monthly.
Operating in more than one ASEAN market?
Tell us the countries, the systems and the one process that hurts most across them. We will show you what building it once would look like.
