Automation & Workflows
Business Process Automation for Malaysian Companies
We take the repeating manual work your team does every week, such as invoices, lead follow-ups, reports and approvals, and turn it into workflows that run on their own. Built around how you already work, on the tools you already use.
One of the workflows on this page. It runs while the team is on site.
What We Automate
The work that eats your team's week
Most companies in Malaysia run on a mix of WhatsApp, spreadsheets, an accounting system and one or two SaaS tools that do not talk to each other. Someone copies data between them by hand. That is the work we remove.
Invoicing and quotations
Generate SST-compliant invoices and quotes from a chat message, a form or a CRM stage change. PDF out, sent to the client, copied to accounts.
Lead capture to CRM
Enquiries from your website, Facebook, WhatsApp or web forms land in your CRM tagged and assigned, with a follow-up reminder already scheduled.
Reports and dashboards
Daily, weekly or monthly reports compiled from your systems and delivered to management by email or Telegram, without anyone building a spreadsheet on Friday night.
Approvals and internal workflows
Leave requests, purchase approvals, onboarding checklists. Routed to the right person, chased automatically, logged for audit.
WhatsApp and Telegram notifications
Order updates, payment confirmations, appointment reminders and internal alerts sent on the channels your customers and staff actually read.
Data sync between systems
Keep Airtable, Google Sheets, your accounting software, your e-commerce store and your CRM in step, so every department looks at the same numbers.
Built On Your Stack
n8n, Airtable, Softr and the tools you already pay for
We are an n8n automation consultancy first. n8n gives you workflows you can see, edit and host yourself, with no per-task pricing that climbs as you grow. For data and internal apps we build on Airtable and Softr, which most larger Malaysian teams already know.
When a workflow needs more than a no-code tool can do, we write it in Python or connect directly to the API. You get the right tool for the job, not the tool we happen to resell.

How It Works
Four steps, first workflow live within weeks
Step 1
Audit
We sit with the people doing the work and list every repeating task, where it starts, where it ends and what breaks.
Step 2
Map
We pick the workflow with the biggest return, agree what "done" looks like and confirm the tools it will connect.
Step 3
Build
We build, test with your real data and run it alongside the manual process until you trust it.
Step 4
Handover
Full access, documentation and a short training session. Then we move to the next workflow, or you take it from here.
Real Examples
Workflows running for Malaysian businesses today
Security services
Invoices from Telegram, in seconds
A security agency needed to invoice from the field. The bot takes a message, calculates tax, produces the PDF and sends it. No laptop, no office.
"SST calculated, PDF ready, sent in seconds from Telegram." Theva, CEO
Automotive sales
Leads tracked from first contact to close
A lightweight CRM built around one sales executive's real pipeline, plus a social media automation that schedules a full week of posts in minutes.
"Two completely different problems, one team that delivered both." Elaine
Marketing operations
A week of content, scheduled in one sitting
Weekly Facebook and Instagram content planned, approved and queued through a single workflow, so the marketing lead spends the week on strategy instead of posting.

Before you get in touch
Do we need to change the software we already use?
No. We connect the tools you already run, such as Google Workspace, Airtable, WhatsApp, Telegram, your accounting system or your CRM, and automate the handoffs between them. Replacing software is a last resort, not the starting point.
How long does a typical automation project take?
A single workflow such as invoice generation or lead capture to CRM usually takes one to three weeks from audit to handover. Multi-department rollouts are scoped in phases so the first workflow is live early.
Who owns the automation after the project?
You do. Everything is deployed on your own accounts or infrastructure, documented and handed over with full access. No monthly retainer is required to keep it running.
Where is our data processed?
Wherever you need it to be. We can host workflows on a Malaysian or Singapore VPS you control, or inside your existing cloud accounts, so data stays within your own environment.
Do you work with companies outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. We are based in Kuala Lumpur and work with clients across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Most automation work is delivered remotely with on-site sessions where they add value.
Which task would you automate first?
Tell us the one thing your team does by hand that they should not have to. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating.
